comfortable 300 year old COTTAGE, which is fully equipped for
self catering,
is a renovated, traditional, stone cottage
with heating, double glazing
and locally produced hardwood floors throughout.
It has three
bedrooms, (1 double, 2 twin), shower room, kitchen (inc fridge/freezer
+ washing machine)
and sitting/dining room with stone open fire.
Sleeps six. No stairs. Enclosed garden with summer seat.
Pets by prior arrangement please. Cot available.

THE BOTHY
The
BOTHY, which was the traditional dwelling of the traveling shepherds
in days gone by,
has been converted to
a comfortable, cosy, fully-equipped self catering holiday home,
whilst still retaining its traditional charm.
Downstairs comprises of:- open plan, wood beamed kitchen/living
area with locally
produced hardwood floors,
an open fire which runs two radiators (alternative heating facilities
available), and shower room.
Wooden "Heidi" type stairs lead to the attractive
wood lined sleeping loft which has a double and single
futon chair/bed,
and a wonderful view of the Galloway Hills.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Linen must be used - no sleeping
bags. Linen
hire available £4.00 per person per week. Cot hire available £5/visit.
Electricity + fuel charged at standard rate from November to
March inclusive + short breaks. For all other dates - no extra
charge.
Bookings Saturday to Saturday (except Christmas & New Year)
arrival after 3.30pm and depart by 10am.
Late arrivals - after 7pm - must give an E.T.A.
Quiet, well-behaved pets welcome - by prior arrangement please. £10.00 per pet per week. Please bring your pet's own bedding.
Please send 25% deposit to confirm booking. Balance due
8 weeks before start of holiday.
Cheques payable to K Hurst.
Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended, as monies cannot
be refunded unless we are able to re-book dates.
